It has the feel of a community rather, than a hotel, with a large central courtyard. Check-in is done in advance and your door codes are sent to your phone. There’s no need to talk to any staff, though we did as we couldn’t find our room as the ground floor is a bit confusing. Recommended though.

New concept hotel. One or two teething issues eg electronic door key number pad went down with a technical fault and fire alarm in another room caused a panic for a few minutes. We asked for a quiet room and that is what we had so no complaints. Only one pillow each on arrival which is surprising but they promptly found 2 more. Overall good value and a large supermarket just a few minutes walk away.

Great new hotel that looks amazing though lots of basic design faults. No air conditioning working in room of attic rooms until certain time of the year. Lots of long strands of hair in room from the cleaners. Nice and quiet area. Great basic kitchen set up. Plush towels. Beds only 160cm

Was a really good experience to stay here, all so modern and well kept. Pool is nice and I’d recommend a city facing balcony room as ours had sun loungers and a shower on the balcony which was a life saver! Only down side is room was only cleaned once on a 5 day stay and the pool seating is limited but overall was brilliant.

We liked the place and the room overall. It is clean, the location is very good, you can tell it's a new place. The pool is very small and always crowded but it's not a problem when you have the massive sea in the walking distance. HOWEVER, there are two major issue with the AC. The first and the biggest is that the AC turns itself off overnight. The first morning we woke up to a very warm and humid room. The sleep was very uncomfortable. I spoke to them and they said this is by design and it's a part of their "smart" hotel. But I don't find it very smart if we have to wake up 2-3 times with alarms every night just to turn the AC back on. Valencia is not a place you could sleep in a small room without AC. The hotel couldn't help. The second issue is the noise the AC system makes. At first it sounded like a phone vibrating every 5 minutes, and took me a day to realize it was actually the AC working, making that sound. very annoying and uncomfortable.

Air con only goes as low as 19 degrees, and turns off during the night multiple times. Spoke to staff about it and nothing was done. Pool was very busy, no where near enough sun loungers. Pool side was very dirty, cigarette butts everywhere. People drinking in the pool, very loud, not relaxing.

Zuviel geld für ein kleines appartment . Raucher müssen raus wie abgeschlagene hunde. Der swimmingpool ist ab 9 uhr komplett überbelegt ab abends 5 uhr ist der pool so dreckig man sieht den boden nicht mehr . Frühstück wird für 16.5 euro angeboten gleich um die ecke in der nächstem restaurant kriegt alles das gleich für 6.5 euro daher rate ich ab von diesem hotel

Modern, sustainable, friendly and helpful staff, super clean, conveniently located, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, strong WiFi signal and great tech, good security, 8 min all to metro and 6 stops into the city centre, mazing breakfast/restaurant. I really can’t say anymore about this superb place. Thank you will definitely stay here again!

El aire acondicionado de la hab 151 no sirve. Se apagaba cada 20 minutos y pasamos dos noches infernales. Después de la primera noche lo reportamos y supuestamente lo arreglaron pero la segunda noche fue igual, un infierno.
