The room was not cleaned for three days despite several reminders. The hotel is well located, but the breakfast is quite average. I stayed in room 405, which gets a lot of direct sunlight and becomes very hot during the day. The bed is also quite small, so if you are taller than 1.87m (6’2”), it may feel uncomfortable. The room itself is rather small, and there is no elevator. Also, taxis cannot enter the Old City area, so be prepared to walk with your luggage for a while before reaching the hotel.
