They were not available to help my parents when they arrived at the property late night and didn’t open the door on them , even though i was informing them my parents are coming late night due to their flight schedule, after so many back and forth with Expedia and hotel directly, they accused us being dishonest and didn’t refund my money back! Worst customer service ever
