하카타역에서 도보로 약 10분거리에 애매한 위치에 있어서 짐이 없을땐 부담스럽지 않지만 짐이 많으면 걷기 부담스러운 그런 거리입니다. 하카타역에서 택시타면 천엔이나 900엔 정도 부과 시설은 전반적으로 건물을 새로 지은 것인지 리모델링 한 것인지는 모르겠으나 새것같고 깨끗했습니다. 호텔 주소를 치고가면 택시기사도 당황스러워할 정도로 길에서는 호텔 뒤편 주차장으로 안내하고요. 호텔입구는 주차장끼고 좌측 좁은 길로 진입하면 있는 독특한(?) 구조입니다. 총 4인이 취침할 수 있는 베드공간이지만 거실이 없어서 캐리어가 많으면 많이 비좁습니다.

地點還可以，行去博多站要10分鐘，附近全民居，無境點，室內新淨，乾淨，wifi強，有煮食工具，算可以，可以住4人，但如果住4人就有點迫，唔夠地方放咁多行李，其次，住2樓，要搬行李上落就有點麻煩，其他就無乜問題，如果想買野，最近博多站要買定回來，附近行5分鐘得Fmaily Mart，如果渣車，係比較難找位置如第一次去，入電話號碼係錯，去左其他地方，用google map先得，酒店門口係窄的倔頭路，放行李後要渣走，附近有泊車的地方，都平，8pm-8am 只係500yen, 之後100yen 90 mins, 但只可以泊小型車，如果大車，7人車就一定唔得，附近d路好窄的，要小心渣。 住左4晚都ok，有雪櫃，有電池爐，有煮食工具及餐具，有張台同4張mini chairs, 可以坐低食野，冷氣夠凍，下次再來，都可以考慮再住。

客廳地氈懷疑有蚤，一家三口坐過地氈後都先後出疹 需要清洗！ 另外，住宅並沒預先告知大廈沒有電梯 行李箱需要人力搬運到入住數層 住宅內部再有分層樓梯，對於行動不便者帶來煩惱

酒店要到當日下午3点才会經email发密码给你自己check in, checkin手续麻煩又要开鏡頭,人頭税每人每日200日元放進箱内！整体上間Apt 算新和乾淨,沒有房間只是分樓上和樓下有双人床,距離博多駅步行8分鐘左右, 有厨房洗衣机和浴室宝唔怕衣服洗完唔乾！
