The towels in the room were dirty ask for clean ones had to get them ourselves, the pool was empty, the breakfast was poptarts and cold coffee, the room was clean but the bed was very unconfertoble. We will never stay there again.

$60 room that I was charged $110 for. Not to mention the $50 deposit I had to put down on top of a room that was already paid for. Trash all over outside. The wifi was a joke. 0.0 mbps. Extremely noisy. A lot of highway noise and people talking loudly outside until late in the evening (after midnight). I would definitely NOT recommend staying here.

Had to leave within 30 min and find somewhere else to stay due to time constraint for an obligation and had no way to get ready for it. The water situation wasnt relayed at check-in.

Maybe I should have read the reviews for this property, but when I arrived I felt like I was checking into the Bates Motel. Had to knock on the door to the office to check in then went to my room. Room had no typical amenities such as an iron, a hair dryer, ice bucket, cups, coffee maker, etc. Very loud outside all night and also someone blasting music at 4 am in another room. Overall, the exterior of the property was in disrepair and very tired.

Just a little taken aback for the $100.00 deposit for an ADA service animal. Was told to call back in two days to follow up on refund status. I would recommend that you take photo evidence of room at checkin. There was no checking of the room by staff at checkout so I would document that as well just so there are no issues as there was uncertainty on the timing of the refund. The only written documentation is the charge receipt.

The smell as you walk into the lobby is the first clue not to stay there. I checked in and when i was walking to my car to get my bags a gentleman stopped me who had stayed for a week and said you do not wavy to stat here. The bugs are over taking over, the bedding is old and not clean the pillows have a smell you won't ever get out of you nose. With that information I simply went one block away and booked the Best Western and didn't even ask for a refund. I'm so glad with my decision not to stay there.

If you like goatheads and sticker burrs come here. They grow in the middle of the sidewalk and attach to grandpas clothes for his pleasure when getting dressed for the next day. The pool is dry and has leaves at the bottom. I will say the sheets are nice and soft and the comforters are also nice. The property has seemingly just changed hands and they seem to be trying to get it together, but if you have children or elderly or standards, this is not the place. Not returning.

The room was dirty with stains and substances on the wall and shower. The sheets did not appear clean. There was no hot water for the shower which was awkward in its set up. The room smelled of cannabis and room freshener. The AC did not work 100% and was musty. It was not clean at all and for the price I expected better.

The hotel key didn’t work. Tried several times and got another key and the same. Finally they moved me to another room. The water didn’t not work. Finally they told me to turn it on at the sink and toilet. The toilet would fill but water would continue to run so I turned off.When I went to flush toilet the flapper and handle would not work. Parking are has holes and bumps. Maybe there still remodeling but keep it closed til the repairs are made. It looks nothing like the picture on line.

Be advised - do not stay at this property unless you're absolutely forced to. I only stayed there because all the surrounding hotels were terribly expensive for a one-night stay and this hotel was 'pet friendly'. I have stayed in some rough hotels before, but this one was absolutely terrible! My room was not cleaned. Hair in the sink, the towels were still wet (like they were not fully dried or fluffed). No soap or cups or other bathroom items were stocked. The curtain covered the window, but was half-way hanging off one end. The wifi kept dropping off every couple of minutes. I asked to be moved to a 'clean' room, but folks, it wasn't much better. The only reason I stayed was that it was late, it was storming out, and I just wanted to get some sleep and hit the road. Needless to say, I slept on top of the sheets and brought my own blanket to cover up with. I'm not sure how they stay in business.
