The room was very spacious and the hotel is very well situated right next to the Chinese night market, a 7/11 and an underground station. The staff is also nice and helpful The only issue Is that there was a sewer smell inside of the bathroom, we only stayed 2 nights so we did not say anything though.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The family room was perfect – spacious, comfortable, and well suited for travelling with children. The only downside was the bathroom smell, which was quite unpleasant. It seemed like an air trap had not been fitted properly, allowing odours to come through the plumbing. This did affect our comfort during the stay. Aside from this issue, everything else was very good, and with this plumbing problem resolved, the hotel would be an excellent choice for families.

The hotel offers great convenience with its proximity to the metro station and a nearby night market. However, note that the main lobby is located on the 2nd floor: from the main entrance, you’ll need to climb a short flight of stairs before taking an escalator up. For barrier-free access, you have to enter through the carpark and use the lift, which is relatively less obvious. The room felt fresh and modern, equipped with a new TV featuring Airplay functionality. I stayed comfortably overall, and my room faced the inner side, which made it very quiet. The biggest issue was the unpleasant odour in the bathroom, which seemed to come from the drainage vent. The smell was noticeable as soon as I entered the room.
