Opossum infestation
Terrible. The hotel is very old and infested with opossums. On the second night, I heard a noise in the patio door, and it was an opossum trying to get in. The next day, I saw two more running by the rooms. When I told the front desk, the man said they knew about it. It's an ongoing issue, but they cannot get rid of the opossums. We left that day, and hotels.com did not refund the unused nights, which was pretty disappointing.

O Hotel é excelente, ornamentado com bom gosto, valorizando-se o meio ambiente. Os funcionarios sao impecáveis e muito agradáveis. O nosso vôo sairia à noite e foi nos oferecido um quarto para tomarmos banho, sem custo. Assim foi possivel aproveitar um pouco mais o hotel. Recomendamos.

O hotel tem uma otima localização, o restaurante Veleiros bem em frente o Hotel é bacana (melhor que aparenta nas fotos), mas o serviço de atendimento do hotel deixa a desejar, pessoal com pouca atenção, e sem importancia de se explicar (a sauna quebrou e havia umas 8 pessoas na sauna com ela acesa sem funcionar e na porta, quando perguntamos na portaria foi dito que o tecnico estava mexendo e demoraria uns 30 minutos, mas não havia ninguem quando olhamos na maquina, 3 horas depois perguntamos novamente e a resposta foi a mesma, o tecnico esta mexendo e tem que esperar 30 minutos novamente, então todos desistimos e subimos para o quarto.

FURADA!
Horrível! As fotos não condizem com a realidade do hotel. O teto do meu quarto estava com infiltrações que causavam alergia respiratória. O box do banheiro vazava e alagava completamente o banheiro. A toalha que se usa na piscina ou na praia é cobrada por fora, não tem ferro de passar roupa, apenas a venda de serviço de lavanderia, o secador não fica no quarto, você precisa solicitar e devolver em 1 hora. O quarto tem uma acústica péssima, tudo se ouvia de fora, não dava pra dormir, uma barulheira absurda. O hotel é beira mar mas há uma rodovia entre a praia e o hotel, não é pé na areia assim. A infraestrutura com rachaduras e mais infiltrações. Café da manhã é muito fraco e repetitivo. Por fim, não recomendo, o valor da diária não condiz com o que o “resort” oferece.

Não recomendo ! Hotel com Baratas e Goteira
Cama desconfortável, roupa de cama velha , poída e manchada.. Durante a madrugada fomos surpreendidos por uma barata no quarto e o recepcionista falou que isso era comum pelo calor e que poderia me emprestar um Baygon.. no dia seguinte me ofereceram troca de quarto , porém deram como opção quarto bem inferior ao que pagamos , tinha metade do tamanho e fazia parte de outra ala do hotel , o que entendi ser uma forma de monetizar o ocorrido já que venderiam meu quarto novamente e eu teria ainda menos conforto sendo que paguei mais caro. Depois ainda tivemos uma aranha no banheiro e outro bicho não identificado no quarto… e após uma chuva o banheiro tb ficou quase alagado já que tinha uma goteira, ou seja, se tivesse deixado uma roupa ali estaria toda molhada! Tudo isso foi reportado via WhatsApp para o hotel que simplesmente parou de responder. Definitivamente não vale a diária de mais de R$800,00 que paguei , não vale nem R$300! Não me hospedaria novamente e não recomendo.
