Avoid rooms located above the kitchen in summer when you have to keep the windows open - room can get hot and smelly. Access to breakfast room from Gr Floor is from outside the building. Breakfast is fab!! Staff v helpful. More than adequate parking.

Very sweet and helpfull staff. Best hotel beds I sleept in❤️ The hotel is a bit old and looks a little beaten up. The cleaning in the toiletroom, was not the best. Was black hairs in the shower, the wall against the toilet needs a clean. There was no toiletbrush? Very hot room, we had a room by some outside ventilators, at no time could we have the window open, without hearing them, and they are reasin I think you pay to much for your stay. They had put a ventilator in the room, so you could get some sort of fresh air. Weird that there was only one large towel in the room, when two people are booked for the room. But we got one when we asked for it. All in all a good stay, but a little too expensive for what you really are getting. A little to far from Edinburgh, but the bus works fine and are easy to access.

It gets the job done. Especially if you are catching a flight. Location is great in that the airport is like a 10 minute drive, and there is a Mc Donalds and gas station right next door, so super convenient to "grab and go". Staff was nice and the room was fine. Although... our room did kinda smell like R. Kelly's sheets....I don't want to know why.

No airconditioning, fan supplied. Full breakfast changed to continental, no food/dinner and no access to bar. I had trouble sleeping as the fan noise kept me awake. No phone in room and so early morning wake up call. I had to get up at 3.45 am and my request that someone knock in my door was declined due to it disturbing other guests. Hair dryer was on the way out. What was good was the size of the room, the bed and parking. I spent most of the evening at McDonald’s next door drinking cold drinks and the air conditioning. This was day two of a heatwave on 24 June. I chose the hotel as it was close to the airport but if I’d known about no food and no airconditioning I would not have stayed there.

Staff at the front desk was very nice. Didnt expect much due to the reviews. Stayed there for 12 hours and had a 6 hour sleep before flight. Room was gross. Stains all over the head board that looked like " you know what " carpets hadent been vacuumed. Cob webbs in the corners, the walls had dust all over them. Cups were dirty. The window was open for some reason, i went to close it and some one from the outside threw a container of gravy or sauce at the window and covered it. Kinda funny. But over all gross. I didnt complain due to me leaving so soon. Also none of the ammenties were replenished.

Hotel has even no air conditioning units. They provided only a small fans. Requested for towels and toilet papers to the front desk lady who took notes what I requested on the paper but unfortunately when I returned back to the room, no towels, no toilet paper supply in the room. Disappointed about the hotel service level.
