Food lovely. Pools nice. Entertainment basic. Nice to have access to a beach area across the road Had a bit of a crisis and hubby in a wheelchair. Staff were incredibly helpful. The only slight thing was that I needed to book extra days. Got a price on expedia. Manager wouldn't meet this price. Was about £49 different so I thought that was a bit mean. Booked it on Expedia while stood at reception

We had good time, the receptionist on duty around 1am on Tuesday really helped us to settle in I don’t know his name, (description: he’s “short” and walk fast), I had severe headache Friday midnight the clinic was close he used his phone to call pharmacy but no response and he gave me paracetamol to ease the pain. He’s a star. The WiFi is not strong in my room but still had good time.

Very rude staffs. Won’t explain anything about the amenities and breakfast during check in. Won’t fix hot water issue for hrs and room phone won’t work. Won’t update via WhatsApp though gave my contact. Repeated persuasion finally got us moved to a different but dingy side of the building and had to carry all our items to the other room. Receptionist to service boys are all rude. People in the downstairs cafe were a bit better. They should refund for not providing the promised services.

El servicio es peor que nulo el envío de servicio a la habitación tenés que reclamarlo 4 veces y te viene lo que quieran. Te envían la comida y no cubiertos tus opciones sin comer como un perro o con la mano. El hotel tiene una accesibilidad horrible escaleras para todo y rampas con pendientes de 60 grados . Tuve un accidente en mi pie no podía ir al restaurante porque era un piso por escalera y me llegaba lo que querían no lo que pedia

SPA dyrt i forhold til andre. Reklamasjon for SPA ubehagelig av personale. Swimmingpool iskaldt, da bsr badet sjøen bedere og fint. Dream Beach brygge likte jeg godt og service var god og hyggelig. Vedlikehold av den andre brygge dårlig og var stengt. Sandbeach er ikke stor. Romfasilitet - store rom flott og renholdet super. Trenger oppussing og bedre vedlikehold- gardiner og vindue veldig gamle. Mat Frokostbuffé ok kveld middagsbuffé 2ganger dårlig 1 gang super. Dette hotellet har vell fått nytt managment og Staff er dårlig opplært. Dette hotell hadde flest russisk Tourister med dårlig oppførsel. Politiet måte hentes av resepsjonen.
Denne bade ' solbrygge var stengt på grunn av skader
