"Check in was great - room was OK but with a view on a wall …. The dining closes between 14h30 and 19h30 which didn’t fit in with people walking the Camino (par for the course in France we have come to learn). Overall though, good place to stay - and a few minutes walk to centre town. "

A stay of at least 2 to 3 days is ideal for exploring the city's key landmarks, historical sites and cultural attractions. This affordable approach ensures that visitors can experience Montreal's rich history and culture while enjoying a budget-friendly trip.
  2. Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To uncover enticing hotel deals in Montreal, visit the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may discover discounts on accommodations as your travel date approaches. 3. Be flexible with dates: Prices may vary depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and time of year, so being flexible with your dates might help you save on your stay in a Montreal hotel. For those in search of distinctive accommodations, boutique hotels can offer a more personalised experience and potentially better value. When you book with Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average, and if it is on the higher side, we may suggest more affordable dates which could help you find a better deal.
  4. Consider your location: Remaining in close proximity to key attractions or city centres can offer convenience, though it usually comes at a higher cost. For more affordable rates, consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between price and ease of access to the places you intend to visit. You might also explore independent hotels further afield, which more often tend to be cheaper and can provide a more authentic, budget-friendly experience.
