Loved the location of this hotel, close to the transport systems, this was our first time in Berlin, and I was travelling with my 3 sons, so the room was ideal with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and nice large rooms, Will stay again when we revisit Berlin Check in was so easy, loved our stay

The room was clean and spacious. The balcony was nice and pretty big. This property has no staff around, wanted an extra towel and extra blanket, but they did not respond until we left I have ordered for three people, was sure there will be at least a rollaway bed. There is no kitchenette.

Very modern hotel with self-check-in. Unfortunately, we didn't get the code for the front door, so we had to call a number where no one picked up for a while, so the check-in was not the best experience. But, the rooms were very nice.

If you want clean, comfortable, modern, spacious, great location and quiet, this place is for you. I was given a late check out and the maid was very helpful. If you need the following amenities, you may need to reconsider. No ice, vending, water, food, drinking glasses (were delivered on request), no fridge, no milk for tea or coffee, no Kleenex, 2 lights without bulbs and a flooded bathroom after showering because the door doesn’t close, then you can decide how important these things are. This is not a hotel. It’s a building with individual rooms and a small lobby with computers to check in and make your key card.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel as a couple with our pet. The management was exceptionally friendly, especially the manager, Mustafa, who was incredibly attentive and helpful with everything we needed. The building is very new, only recently opened, so a few minor room items are still being added, but nothing affected our comfort or experience. The location in Charlottenburg is excellent—safe, peaceful, and with easy access to street parking, which was a big bonus. Overall, the atmosphere, cleanliness, and service were outstanding. We genuinely felt welcomed and well looked after, and we’re confident it will be even better in the coming weeks as they complete the final touches. Highly recommended!

Pros- close to downtown, shoping, nice restaurants. Property was clean. We had an issue with the tv that was addressed Cons- Self check-in with no front desk or staff. Request are helped through QR code. They did respond. Bathroom was small, no room for personal items in shower or bathroom counter. We had two rooms, both were really dark at night

The property was very clean with spacious and comfortable amenity suites. The rooms were of good value in Berlin and the property was located in a very convenient location. The property's concept is that it is contactless (i.e. no visible staff with self service online kiosks for check in). Our only issue was that we were unsure as how to access the main door upon arrival (a code was needed but never sent to us). Luckily a staff member was available via phone so all was good. Overall, I would recommend this property and would consider booking again.

Very easy to check in and out, took ages for the water to heat up in the shower, couldn't work the radiators in the room but there was a Dyson, bathroom floor was marble so colder in there, floor was dusty - I know some could have come off our shoes but would have been useful to have a dustpan and brush.

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL! this is a concierged appartment building, no services in the building, no coffe etc. next Coffee is in the subway station. Room service did not come for 2 days and had to be requested. Ambience is BARE. electric cables sticking out in the hallway. Beds are nice, neighborhood was quiet over the weekend, but then major building started 2 houses over. To noisy for a daytime nap. Close to central subway and a pretty nice russian run 24h corner store, Did not ry out the italian restaurant next door.
