Rommet luktet forferdelig muggent, ikke egnet til å oppholde seg eller sove i. Tok kontakt med personalet og fikk umiddelbart et nytt tilsvarende rom (som luktet helt vanlig). Das Zimmer ist zweckdienlich eingerichtet. Auf Wunsch kann es über die Rezeption gereinigt werden. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist üppig und reichhaltig. Vermisst haben wir Wurst- oder Käse- Aufschnitt. Die Haltestelle Aldgate East liegt nur 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Für ein kleinen Lunch kann man in hoteleigenen Restaurant essen. Alternativ findet man in der Straße eine Pizzeria und auf der Ecke gegenüber einen gemütlichen Pub.

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal. ABER: Wir waren zu 4. in einem Zimmer. Für diese Personenzahl waren die Zimmer zu klein. Die Luft war stickig, es gab keine Fenster zum lüften und keine Möglichkeit Kleidung unterzubringen. Für 2 Nächte ok, aber für länger nicht optimal.
