This waa a perfect spot to stay in Florence. It was comfortable, clean, and so close to all the places we wanted to see. The staff was accommodating with holding our bags for a few extra hours after check-out, making our time in Florence one ro remember!

Self Check in was relatively easy. Stayed in the room with the wide twin size bed and private bathroom and tiny alleyway balcony for two nights. It comfortably fits two average sized people (my husband and I). Clean and comfortable room and bed. Toiletries, towels, and slippers provided. Hot coffee and tea in the common area. Great location near the pig fountain. Definitely recommend staying here. Surprisingly quiet despite the crowds outside. You can hear the other guests in the apartment though. We were allowed to keep our bags in the room after checkout for a few hours.

What a perfect little spot. The apartment is in the heart of the city. Everything ranged from 5-10 mins walking distanc). Denis was amazing, the kindest host we’ve ever met - he helped us by providing us with ideas, guidance and making us feel safe as we were 3 women. Thank you!
