There are many things I like about this hotel. It is centrally located, the staff is super friendly, and the room is well equipped with the kinds of things you need when you travel, especially outlets. And one thing that usually goes unnoticed: the elevators actually operate quickly so that even if you were on the seventh floor, you need an or about being stranded.
There are two things that did not rise to the level of everything else. One, the hot breakfast items were not consistently hot. There is a chef preparing them, but the heat lamps under which the ages, etc. are placed are insufficient for keeping them warm. Two, the Internet is one of those irritating kinds where you have to re-sign up every 24 hours whether you use the premium conversion or the normal version. This is not uncommon, but if I knew in advance, I would’ve picked a different hotel. Bottom line: I find it unconscionable to offer that kind of cheap Internet service when clearly most of the clients are business people who want effective Internet. All in all, a good experience. I hope the Hotel reads this and makes two corrections that would make it an excellent experience.
