Great restaurants and bars line the board walk. The beach is covered in rocks if you did not do any research. The restaurant/bar attached to the hotel is great, I ate there multiple times. Great location, a bit tricky to find with google maps like everything else here but you can ask someone or drive around a few minutes before you find it.

My husband and I stayed at Litos for 6 nights on the 2nd floor. The location for surfing can’t be beat. Exceptional view!! Lots of nice restaurants along the sea wall. The room was very clean and safe as can be with all necessities. Pool was nice to cool off in. The staff was exceptional, Alma was always there whenever we needed her, the restaurant was very good, the staff was so great especially Oscar! He remembered what we liked and greeted us every morning! It gets lively out front with loud music, especially on the weekends. Overall it checks all the boxes! We will definitely return with our family.

6/10 Good

I did not like that our towels were never changed or that the trash was never taken out during our stay. It was difficult to find a staff member at all. I liked that it was a beachfront property. The beach is rocky so not ideal for swimming but great to watch surfers and watch a lovely sunset. We had a great view of the pier.

4/10 Fair

The room overall was nice and clean & the air conditioning worked. However, the music was incredibly loud ant night and the room was not soundproof. Ear plugs do not help. The restaurant had ok food but the breakfast took at least an hour each morning. There were also people having sex in the pool and they didn’t even stay at the hotel. My friend had a coffee pot in his room and I am disappointed that my room did not. I also did not appreciate the cockroach near my bed.
Alexis, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

False advertisement offering free shuttle services. Everytime the toilet is flushed. Whole room amells like leaking sewage. Too much noise on the weekend due to loud salsa music being played practically all night. Dj on Thursday thru Sunday nite. Beware: dont let pictures on expedia website fool you. Bed linens and towels are not changed daily. I wouldnt recommend any visitors to come to this hostel. Its below hostel standards.

8/10 Very good

Good but improvements aren’t a bad idea

The hotel was beautiful and staff was friendly but there was no daily housekeeping. Additionally, I tried to connect with the hotel numerous times via messaging and my email message was never acknowledged. The free breakfast options were also limited and if you are in a hurry, I wouldn’t recommend waiting there. The room we were in was nice but didn’t have a fridge like others. Regarding the beach, it’s a very rocky area and not sure where the entry was at for swimming. The area seems more suitable for surfers rather than swimmers. If you are looking for a relaxing beach to access easily and be able to swim at, I don’t think this hotel is the right one. Other than that, it was an ok stay

This hotel had so much potential but was unfortunately ruined by having loud music blasting directly in front of the hotel and no hot/warm water in the shower. When I arrived, I had lunch at the hotel restaurant which was excellent! The waiter was very attentive, and the food was outstanding! The views and the set up of the room were beautiful. However, as soon as I went to my room after lunch around 2:30pm, music started blasting right in front of the hotel at the little bar outside the entrance. I think it was a part of the hotel. I went out to explore for several hours and came back to the room around 10pm and the music was still blasting loudly. I asked what time the music will stop and the bartender said 2 am! That's totally unacceptable for guests that are trying to relax and sleep especially after being out all day. When I attempted to prepare to go to bed there was no hot/warm water in the shower and the music was still blasting. Even after the music stopped there were loud noises coming from around the room walls and people talking loudly outside on the balcony. I got absolutely no sleep the entire night! I was highly disappointed with my stay and wish I could get a refund!

6/10 Good

This is not a hotel. It’s an unattended building, there is no front desk, room service, cleaning, nothing. breakfast is mediocre and served across the street. All you can get is a variation of eggs and horrible coffee. No juice or water. Everything needs to be paid extra. The room is big, contemporary decoration and has a equipped kitchen. I think that’s really a great spot for people that surf, as it’s right at the beach, which it’s a rocky one and there is no way to swim. The bed cover was dirty and missing a sheet. No hair dryer. We asked for the extra sheet and never got it. For $200 more you can get a much better place in a much better neighborhood

Super close to the ocean about 30 yards. Had a great stay for 8 days. You can feel the waves pounding the seawall at night and it was good. Only issue was that Expedia sold me a room with kitchen and fridge and my room didn’t have anything. I showed the hotel the pictures of what I paid for and they said Expedia sold me the wrong room. By the time I talked to Expedia they changed the pictures on Expedia and Expedia stopped responding to the chat. Don’t order this through Expedia because they will charge you for a more expensive room then give you a cheaper room and pocket the difference. I stayed 8 days they could’ve just got a $100 dollar fridge and I didn’t need the kitchen that I paid for. Anyhow book directly it’s $80 and avoid Expedia insinuating that your lying when I had pictures and printouts of a kitchen. Ironically because Iam a platinum key member i qualified for the vip room upgrade which I guess means they downgrade your booking. Super great hotel but getting to be a terrible travel agency and I’ve been using them for over 25 years.
