Very nice and comfortable room in a fun neighborhood. Manuela was wonderful- very responsive and helpful. If you have a very heavy suitcase be aware that there no elevator.

We stays at this appartment for 6 nights (2 adults + kid). Location was nice and close to Toledo metro station. We met the owner at arrival day and she gave us the keys and showed us the appartment. Streets in this neigbourhood were narrow and you can actually follow local people life and traditions from this place.

Ficamos 2 noites, a localização é boa próximo da rua principal e estar dentro do bairro espanhol foi uma experiência boa. Para futuros visitantes tenha dinheiro em mãos, não aceitam cartão para pagamento das taxas. Nosso problema principal foi com a limpeza dos itens da área comum e do quarto, foi oferecido acesso a máquina de café do hall, quando fui fazer e abrir o compartimento para colocar água, estava podre de sujeira, tudo mofado pondo em risco quem tome esse café - ou mantêm limpo o aparelho ou melhor nem ter disponível, mesma coisa com chaleira e copos do quarto, sujos! o que faz desconfiar se o quarto foi limpo e lençóis trocados, pois nesses detalhes estava realmente sujo e colocando em risco a saúde de quem use.
