10/10 Exceptional

Very spacious for 3 people. Has everything that you need. There was a small problem with the water heater due to cold weather, but staff was quick to help us with the problem.

Awesome location! Nice and comfortable for 5 people. Although no staffs for check in, you can still store luggage after check out for a few hours. Great service!! Washing machine is a bonus. Thank you and we would like to be back when visiting Tokyo again next time. (Notes: Steep stairs for senior and small children between beds and washroom.)

8/10 Very good
