Bocà Home is a complete scam, not sure how it had a 8.7 rating when I booked it. They falsely advertise this property as a hotel, but it is actually just a sketchy, run-down, partitioned apartment split into individual rooms with zero front desk staff or on-site management. First, when I requested check-in details first thing in the morning and received dead silence all day. When we finally arrived, we were left stranded outside a building that looks like it is falling apart, feeling like we were about to get robbed while waiting for access. I had to contact Hotels.com so they could finally get a hold of them. Once inside, the place was a biohazard. A heavy, foul stench of stale cigarette smoke hit us immediately. The floor grout and bathtub were covered in mold, the toilet seat was rusty, broken and unstable, and the leather furniture was peeling apart. The metal handles throughout the unit left a gross, metallic smell on our hands. To make matters worse, the balcony was filthy and surrounded by active construction scaffolding with workers staring directly inside, eliminating any sense of privacy. We documented everything and sent Hotels.com a Dropbox link with photo and video proof, but they completely turned a blind eye, sided with the host, and refused a proper refund. Save yourself the headache, stay far away from this place.

O Quarto era extremamente espaçoso e a cama maravilhosa, super confortável. Estava em uma área estratégica, sendo próximo a estação e do Porto. As informações do anfitrião deram certo, só tivemos um contratempo com a chave do quarto, mas que rapidamente foi resolvido! Variedades de restaurantes próximo e o café fica bem ao lado e o atendente era um querido. Além do Hotel recomendo muito Salerno para passar mais do que 3 dias.

La chambre spacieuse, la douche impeccable. La literie : un matelas à notre convenance. L''accueil niveau équipement de pouvoir prendre un thé à notre arrivée. La cafetière devait être entartre, l'eau n'y coulait pas. Dommage qu'à notre arrivée nous n'ayons pu laisser nos bagages dans la chambre même s'il y avait les femmes de ménage.
