The place itself is great 24 hours security. Taxi drop off in front, convenience store and grocery downstairs. Room itself is clean and comfortable. The only negative part is the communication with owner. Reply is slow. Other than that the place is above average.

Apartment was not the one pictured. Mold all over the shower, walls and floor. Leaking bathroom sink. Busted up floors and wall in the main area. Broken falling curtains. Cheap pillows and uncomfortable bed. And to top it off the location wasn't even that good.

I was traveling for our medical reason they didn’t have time to cancel and rebook right after we arrive and check-in. It was horrible. It’s not a three or four star is a motel, dirty rundown. You can barely sleep on the bed if you look at all record, we had to rebook to another hotel. This was terrible experience. Hotel.com really need to look at all these so-called apartment condo privately owned establishment !
