We stayed for one night while transferring from Sorrento to Napoli Airport, and the accommodation was perfect for this purpose. Our apartment was located on the 16th floor, offering a stunning view of Mount Vesuvius and the city of Naples. The location is just a 7-10 minute walk from the Central Train Station, where you can catch the Alibus to the airport. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. Note that there is no traditional on-site staff; communication is via text and email. It was easy to find, but be prepared to enter 4 or 5 codes to access multiple doors. Additionally, the elevator requires 10 cents for each up or down trip. Make sure to have some coins for the round trip, or you may have to take the stairs.

clean modern room near the central train station. excellent views from the balcony, really was a highlight of the room. nice bathroom and kitchenette facilities. negative points were the beds mattress was very hard, not a negative for everyone, just my personal view. Also there was an alarm ringing in the hall/reception the entirety of our stay (2 nights). I was told it's an external fault and they were waiting on technicians, but nevertheless it was very annoying when trying to sleep.

The location is very central, opposite Garibaldi Square and the main station, but unfortunately the area was extremely dirty, run-down and felt unsafe. Looking down from our 16th-floor balcony, we could see a huge amount of rubbish dumped below, including hundreds of bin bags, mattresses and prams, with people going through it. The building itself was also very dilapidated and unattractive from the outside. Had I been travelling alone, I would not have felt safe walking around the area. I was not aware before booking that the apartment was on the 16th floor. Getting into the apartment was like an escape room, requiring four different codes to access the building and apartment. The lift also required 10 cents per journey, which was inconvenient after arriving from the airport without any change. The apartment was very basic. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the air conditioning was adequate, but the kitchenette was practically unusable, with no kettle, glasses, plates or cutlery and no sink. The bathroom also had visible watermarks on the taps and shower and did not appear particularly clean. The views, including Mount Vesuvius, were impressive, but the balcony felt unsafe due to the large gaps in the railings and unusable metal table and chairs due to the intense heat! Overall, had we known the condition of the building, the surrounding area and the lack of basic facilities, we would not have booked this property and as such we have been left with a poor view of Naples.

Excellent rooms with an outstanding view. Very kind of them to add balloons, food and beers in our room when we arrived for my husbands 40th birthday. On the 16th floor which you have to take the life to. Lift is slow and apartment is very high if you don’t like heights it’s probably not for you. Thank you

The room/appartement was great, however the neighborhood was not. Garbage in piles outside unfortunately lower our rating, along really run down buildings. First we thought we were in the wrong place, but when we opened the door to our room, a new world appeared. So, inside room 5 stars, outside 1 star. Also, having to pay, like a slot machine to start the elevator was not really appreciated...

Selve værelset var udemærket, men jeg blev overrasket over at det var i en beboelsesbygning med lejligheder og at selve hotellet var en gang med tre værelser. Med det sagt, så fik vi hjælp når vi bad om den, blev hjulpet til tidligt tjek-ind og mødte Napolitansk venlighed og hjælpsomhed fra første færd. Elevatoren er en oplevelse i sig selv, den kører kun for 10 euro cent, som Timeless udleverer ved tjekind. Værelset er rent og pænt, og udsigten er fænomenal. Området er virkelig interessant og der venter oplevelser på hvert hjørne. Jeg kunne sagtens finde på at booke igen, selvom huset værelset ligger i og gaden det ligger på ligner noget der er faldefærdigt, skal man ikke lade sig narre. Det var et hyggeligt ophold og vi havde alt indenfor gåafstand.
