많은 기대를 하고 야크 마을의 케빈이라는 방을 이용하였습니다. 케빈이라는 특별한 방에서 불멍도 하고 좋은 추억을 기대하였는데 아쉽게도 비가 와서 기대만큼의 효과는 얻지 못하였습니다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은 바베큐를 할수 있도록 설치된 차양막이 방수가 안되어 준비한 바베큐를 진행하기 어려웠습니다. 직원분이 우비를 가져가 주시기는 하였으나 차양막만 방수 제품만 되어 있어도 충분하게 이용 가능하였는데 정말로 많이 아쉽습니다. 다른 카라반 시설을 이용하였을 때도 갑자기 비가 왔으나 차양막이 방수가 되어 큰 불편없이 진행 할 수 있었습니다. 이점은 개선이 필요 할 것 같습니다.

비싸다고 생각했던 금액이 전혀 아깝지 않을만큼 너무나 완벽했던 숙소였습니다. 이틀밖에 못 머물렀다는게 아쉬웠지요. 다음에 꼭 다시 방문하려구요^^아이와 또는 부모님과 함께라면 더없이 만족스러울 최고의 숙소입니다. 제주도에 와서 가장 만족스러웠던 숙소였어요!!

깨끗하고 조용해서 아주 만족스러운 시설이었어요. 공동 수영장은 적당한 규모에 너무 붐비지않고 놀기좋았어요. 탈의실과 화장실은 조금 지저분해서 관리가 필요한 것 같지만, 숙소가 가까워서 그냥 숙소에서 씻었어요. 조식은 정갈하고 맛있는 식사였고, 카페는 친절하고 편안한 분위기였어요. 아침에 조깅했는데, 뛰기도 적당히 좋았어요.

4성급인데 3박에 한번 청소, 바닥에 먼지/개털/머리카락 등 제대로 청소 안되어있음, 파리 세마리 날라다님, 2층 메인 욕실 싱크 배수 잘 안됨, 침구류 및 수건은 펫객실이라 그런지 몰라도 걸레마냥 구멍 나있고 얼룩이 있음. 마당에 지난 투숙객의 반려견 배변 있었음. 요즘 괜찮다는 애견 펜션보다도 못한 서비스 및 관리. 다시 방문 하고 싶지 않음.
