Hotel is what you’d expect from a Holiday Inn. In good condition and helpful staff. Location was outside of the old town and so taxis and Uber required to see that part of town. Less than one mile walk to a great restaurant Pandarias or breakfast cafe.

Amazing new hotel

It was amazing for us. We needed a night stay in Passau and this place ticked all our boxes. Brand new hotel opened last year in the summer. Convenient location, clean, air conditioned room, spacious bathroom and underground free parking. And the cheapest in the area...

Dog tolerant, not dog friendly

The hotel is clean and modern and has comfortable rooms. The people at the reception are friendly. Unfortunately the rest of our experience was not good. We booked the hotel as a pitstop on our longer trip, specifically booking to have a hotel with a restaurant which allows pets. The restaurant had no food anymore, none, despite advertising it on the IHG website. We had to pay 25 EUR to accommodate our dog, but she was not welcome in the restaurant for the breakfast we had paid for (the seating area, of course we don't take her into the buffet area). We have traveled a lot with our dog, incl. many nights in Germany, and have never had to pay such a high pet fee and were very disappointed to then not be allowed to have breakfast. This is not advertised correctly and we were disappointed.

Mahtava henkilökunta otti lämpimästi vastaan. Huone oli siisti ja sänky sekä peitot ja tyynyt laadukkaita. Aamiaisella riittävän paljon jokaisen makuun, myös gluteenitonta. Pysäköinti oli hieman ahdas mutta siisti. Pysäköintipaikkoja voisi olla enemmän mutta taisimme saada viimeisen paikan tällä kertaa.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Holiday Inn – the niu, Flux Passau by IHG. Alles war sehr gut organisiert und sauber. Besonders das Frühstück hat mir gefallen, und die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter am Buffet waren ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war hervorragend. Positiv überrascht war ich außerdem von der Garage: Es gab genügend Parkplätze und die Stellplätze waren nicht extrem eng wie in vielen anderen Hotels.

Das Doppelzimmer war sehr eng. Es gab am Abend ein feines Essen aus einer kleinen Karte. Für uns hat es gepasst. Das Frühstück ist genial. Fahrradkeller in der Tiefgarage war prima.
