I’ll start and end with the positive… beds were super comfy! The hotel was newly painted but the room still had a musty smell. There is no real lobby. You go in a door, up an elevator and then you enter the check in area. Not really close to the Trevi / steps… about a 20 minute walk so if it’s 42 Celsius, not so great. Staff was very friendly!

This hotel is located on the second floor of the building and has an elevator for easy access. It has been recently renovated, everything is super clean and nicely done, and the rooms are bright, spotless, and equipped with a comfortable king bed. A very central, very quiet hotel. It’s on the second floor or a building with other hotels/B&Bs. There is a lift, small as lifts in Italian hotels tend to be. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is not available at the moment but there is coffee and delicious cake. The room was very clean and modern, small but they make the best use of the space. Seems to have been refurbished recently as there are a couple of job left to do (my room safe wasn’t connected to the electricity for instance). The WiFi is super fast and reliable.’

The property is amazing. Its air conditioned. The elevator DOES work lol. Roma Termini, The Fountain, and Spanish Steps are 15 minutes walking distance. Theres multiple convenience stores 5 minutes walking distance away. The I booked the "Economy" room at the last minute. Modern luxury styled. Its a full/double bed. Nice Bathroom. the economy room space is a little small for the price. however, its convenient and i will be glad to book again in the future.
