"I booked 3 rooms. At check in 1 of the rooms had not been cleaned. There were viagra tablets left on bedside cabinet, wine bottles in the bin and bed had not been made. Staff were extremely apologetic and instantly provided a new room. There were no problems with the other 2 rooms. They were all clean and the location perfect for the seafront and Brighton Lanes. Despite the problem with the room not being cleaned I would definitely rebook again"

Air con situation was a pain, we called to check the room had air con before booking they said yes so we booked then got to the hotel and were put in a non air con room. I wouldn’t book here again as clearly can’t rely on whether you will get an air con room or not. Everything else was good apart from this situation but it is off putting."
