Most of the staff were polite and friendly with a small delay to check in. Breakfast was great and with large variety. Taxi was not too expensive to the Louvre and Eiffel Tower. Shower is not accessible for short people since the bath was high for my mom. She accessed it with some difficulty. The dinner staff were really great! Also had an issue with the water but they resolved it promptly. Overall we enjoyed our stay!"

Breakfast had plenty of choice for all the family! We couldn’t visit the skybar due to having children which is a shame as the photos of the skybar view is appealing but understand why! Overall a pleasant stay and will come again!"
