Hotel Palma
"A lovely hotel with nice rooms and bathrooms, view was lovely from the side sea view rooms too but we didn’t have the window or blind open much due to the heat so probably not worth it. Lovely beach and wonderful service on the beach but one downside we weren’t expecting was we were not allowed to use the beach after we had checked out as we were ‘no longer guests of the hotel’ - disappointing as we had planned transfer for mid afternoon so had to go elsewhere after check out."
Ollie's by the Sea
"We had a wonderful stay at Ollie's (family of 4 with two teenage kids)! Staff was very helpful, incredible view to the bay from the room, which is very modern. Restaurant was excellent; the only detail is that we had a dinner that took a pretty long time to be prepared, but we were not in a hurry. Breakfast was wonderful: besides a lot of good options, the room has huge windows where we could soak in the beautiful environment. Made us want to stay just to enjoy it! We loved the two decks with lounge chairs, umbrellas and access to the bay water across the street, and had a good time basking in the sun on them. Location is fine due to the view. It's not super close to the most interesting spots, but it didn't really matter to us because we were planning to drive anyway. The under-hotel garage worked well and was easy to park. Highly recommended! (Just be prepared for the dreadful traffic in Kotor, if you are going to drive)."
Casa Collection
"The main selling point for the property is the view, which is incredible. I loved watching sunset from my balcony every evening and enjoying use of the pool. However, don’t be under the illusion that this is a hotel complex. It’s very much self catered apartments and is really in the middle of nowhere to some extent. There’s no main reception, it’s just a room with a sofa and quite often there was no one there when needed. They were quite responsive via WhatsApp but could’ve done with someone there more. There’s also no on site facilities such as food/store and a taxi into town costs around €25 one way a lot of the time depending on traffic, so my taxis back and forth got super expensive. Therefore I wouldn't book this place unless you have a car. Nothing was really explained to me at check in either so it was only on my last day that I realised the onsite restaurant that they talk about in the description is in a neighbouring hotel. All in all, I still enjoyed my stay but could have done with more info at check in such as local amenities/shops etc and a main staffed reception area. Granted the building is super new, so maybe some of these things will get better over time. If I came again I would either rent a car to stay here or book somewhere in the Old Town where you can walk everywhere."
Kotor Nest
"Kotor Nest was a beautiful property with a convenient kitchenette, ideally located within the city walls. The shower was lovely, with plenty of hot water, and it was easy to get around. It was a warm week when we were there, and the AC worked so well; it was nice coming into a cool place after a lot of walking and being outside in the heat. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We decided to stay an extra night, but since the property wasn’t available, they arranged another equally lovely place for us right across the way. They were so helpful and wonderful throughout our stay. We would definitely come back and recommend Kotor Nest to others."
Bayview Hills Luxury Residences
"There were a few issues with the room, safe wasn't working on our arrival but staff fixed it quickly. The room was in need of some TLC just a few tweets and it would have made all the difference. IE: more cooking utensils, a microwave and a toaster.some extra plates and cups etc. The room also just needed a good clean as was dusty but minor issue. Staff were friendly and helpful. Entertainment would be great as in the evening if you want to stay in thereis just music in the background and you have to get taxis to the old town etc for bars and restaurants. Very pleasant stay. I would just stay biggest tip- budget taxis into your stay €20+€25 per trip to town."
Vivid Blue Serenity Resort
"Absolutely beautiful location and the pool is perfect. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is also very good."
SIRO Porto Montenegro
"Best hotel ever"
Regent Porto Montenegro
"Beautiful hotel, amazing location with incredible views. The pool and spa facilities are fantastic and the rooms are large and spacious. Lots of great restaurants and bars in the immediate area."
Avala Resort & Villas
"Having stayed before in a Villa we returned and requested a sea side view room. The room we got was very nice no complaints but just because you can see water in the distance over building does not mean a sea side view. Just double check during check in."

This duration allows visitors to enjoy leisurely walks through the charming streets, relax on the picturesque beach, savour local cheese, and unwind at the spa, all while soaking in the natural beauty of the surrounding forests and the serene port. With the potential for prices to drop during these months, it’s a great value for money for travellers on a budget.

- Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so having some flexibility with your travel dates could help you find a better deal for your stay in a Petrovac hotel. For those seeking distinctive experiences, boutique hotels can provide a more personalised touch and potentially better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we’ll inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is on the higher end, we’ll suggest alternative dates that may offer more affordable options to assist you in finding a suitable arrangement.
- Consider your location: Staying near key attractions or city centres may offer convenience, but it often comes with higher costs. For more budget-friendly options, you might consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between price and ease of access to the sites you wish to visit. Independent hotels located further out are often more likely to be affordable and can provide a more authentic experience.
