6/10 Good

It is in a great location and hotel offers a shuttle to restaurants and colesium. Only problem was the sheets had blood spots on them. They did put clean ones on the bed.

We stayed at Element for a week and our entire stay was phenomenal! Staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Starting from the receptionist, to Tasha at the hotel bar, Betty and John Williams at the breakfast/lobby area. Excellent service and the rooms are always neat. Highly recommended place to stay when in Charleston.

This is a new and very well kept hotel. Modern updates, excellent cleanliness, kind and helpful staff. Although it was raining our whole stay we were very happy.

8/10 Very good

Everything was good, I just dislike the fact that you pay a lot of money for a room and still have to pay for parking. Breakfast line was long and slow and skipped on it. Other than that room was clean and convenient

Perfect Stay for 5 with a baby

Although late for breakfast, the part we did catch was great. Room was spacious and pull out couch was big and extra comfy.

The Staff was very helpful. The breakfast that was complementary was one of the best I had ever had had a hotel pool area and outside amenities were great. I recommend this hotel and the next time we’re in Charleston, we will stay here
