Aloha! Our stay here at Dansetsu was by far the BEST Japan accommodations ever! We were in shock at the spacious room layout, the clean atmosphere, comfy beds, amazing shower and hot water, everything was spectacular! I wanted to just stay in the room vs exploring Sapporo! It was that amazing! Staff and nice, clean towels daily, the hot springs was like a free spa every day, ramen at night for free was delicious! Some few minor details that need improving would be the size of the elevators and providing a cutting board and knowing the family suites. We ended up buying one which wasn’t a problem at all! I want to come back just to say here! Mahalo from your guests from Hawaii!

Guest room is clean depending on who is the cleaner. There were some days where everything was beautifully clean and set. Some days items were missing such as laundry detergents and towels. The service at breakfast varies. There was a female worker that kept following and standing behind guests while they were selecting food, creating a very unenjoyable atmosphere. I understand she had to keep it clean but it does not feel welcoming to the guests.

제일 만족 스러웠던건 대욕장 시설의 퀄리티였습니다. 대부분의 호텔에는 온탕 하나뿐인데 이곳은 온탕, 사우나시설, 냉탕, 노천시설까지.. 음악,조명까지 완벽한 곳이었습니다. 객실도 다다미 바닥이 아주 청결히 관리되어 깔끔했고 식사도 정결하였습니다. 다만 주차가 기계식이라 일정크기 이상은 이용이 안 되어 주변 주차장을 이용하는 것이 처음엔 불편했지만 주변에 주차장이 아주 많아서 찾기 어렵거나 하진 않았습니다. 안내도 잘 해주었습니다. 모든 것이 세심하게 서비스 되는 최상의 호텔입니다.

太棒了！下了两个订单，一个房型，酒店前台小姐很贴心的不用我们退房再办入住，只需要第二个订单入住日去前台更新一下房卡即可。另外到的第一晚出去吃饭手机在路上丢了，沿路来回好几遍怎么都找不到。抱着试试看的心情问了前台，前台小姐（忘记看名牌了）很热心的说可以去薄野交番报失，她先给派出所电话，把情况非常详细的先给警察说了一下，后面我们过去派出所警察就知道我们为了手机来的。第二天去登别，晚上回来酒店打印了纸，还细心的套了文件夹，告知中央警署通知手机被热心人捡到交到警局了，让我们可以去前台问具体情况。当晚心情大好，但没去前台问，想着第二天起来去问。酒店比我们还着急，怕我们没有看到单子，晚上又塞了纸进来，这次更加详尽，有具体的警署办公时间，电话，还打印了一个地图，指示从酒店出发怎么过去。这酒店太棒了！ 床很舒服，被子是羽绒被，睡眠不好的我这几晚都睡的很好。大浴场虽小但精致，都很好。再次感谢酒店的帮忙，让我们顺利的、在第二天就找回了手机。这次我们自己住了5晚，我妹妹函馆过来住了2晚，评价都很高。酒店地理位置优越，到薄野走路7 8 分钟。去机场薄野有直达大巴，比地铁加JR更方便、更价廉。

室内は基本畳なので仕方ないのかもですが、スリッパというか、ルームシューズが欲しかったです。また、トイレの手を洗うところの側面がなぜか汚れていて残念で、しかもトイレにもスリッパがないのは不衛生な気がしました。また、深夜かなり遅い時間まで上の部屋から聞こえるドスンという騒音で眠れませんでした。
