Our stay at WelcomHeritage Natraj was awesome with full marks to the hotel staff on cleanliness and hospitality. Premium Room was of decent size and all amenities were present; housekeeping team was sincere in cleaning and making room great. The hill view from balcony was spectacular and enchanting. It was so relaxing to sit and enjoy tea/coffee with the blissful view of the hills. The staff were very friendly and courteous, right from the check-in experience, Mr Ajay at front desk provided detailed information around McLoedganj attractions and took good care of us.
The things that can be further improved are addition of salads in the buffet breakfast and availability of indoor activities like carrom, chess etc for kids.

bem localizado, porem tem um ar condicionado externo no 5o andar que deixa barulho em todos os quartos
ficamos num quarto com vista do vale. Vimos os surtos com varanda onde colocam um tapume e tem mais barulho
cafe da manha horrível, sem opções interncionais alem de pão de forma com manteiga
chegamos mais cedo e nao tinha a suite, falaram somente as 13hs. Voltamos as 14hs e pediram pra esperar mais duas horas
