We required a taxi to get to the hotel from the train station as we arrived late at night at a reasonable cost of €8.. The hotel reception staff were attentive and efficient. The room was spacious with a sizable en suite bathroom. We didn’t choose any meal options at the hotel but were grateful for the free drinking water at the bar. We ate out at a nearby restaurant one evening which was excellent value. The hotel pool was quiet when we used it in mid October. Overall we felt the hotel was a bargain and would return again in the Autumn or Spring months."

Restaurant on side is good too, especially when arriving at 10:30 PM. Staff super helpful. Only drawback is the parking, which has super narrow ramps, making it very scary to move the car. We ended up leaving the car in the parking and only walk to avoid scratching it."
