10/10 Exceptional

I stayed at Hotel NoVo Agra as a solo traveler, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always available whenever I needed anything, which made me feel very welcomed. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained — perfect for a solo trip. The location is also excellent, close to the Taj Mahal and other popular spots, so getting around was very easy.

Everything was handled very professionally, and it really made my stay enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Agra—great budget-friendly hotel with excellent service! I would definitely stay here again.

2/10 Poor

Horrible experience. They refused to acknowledge our reservation and said that they were fully booked. We had booked two months in advance. The staff was clueless and extremely unhelpful.
