The Sunset Motel

The Sunset Motel

10/10 Excellent
"I give this a five star because it is excellent for what it is meant to be - a no frills, clean, and comfortable place to sleep and rest for a couple days while we explored the area. It is nothing fancy - there is no free breakfast (which are usually less than to be desired anyways). It is nicely decorated in the retro style and is a fun throwback to the motels of the 50's and 60's. I like that there were two chairs, so my spouse and I could both sit to watch TV or read, because I prefer to sit for these activities as opposed to lying in bed. The price was right and accommodations excellent. Now if you are looking for luxury or need lots of hand holding, look elsewhere, and pay the price."
