A limpeza do quarto estava em ordem. Travesseiros bem finos e colchão firme. O grande ponto de melhoria é a ducha, que é muito fraca. O café da manhã é limitado; na verdade, são deixados sachês com geleias, chás etc. e algumas embalagens de torradas e pães, não havendo frutas, iogurte, suco ou qualquer outra coisa mais natural. O prédio não tem portaria para controlar o acesso e a vizinhança é bastante erma à noite, devido à proximidade com a área portuária. Existe uma estação de metrô a uns 15' de caminhada (que pode ser difícil se você estiver com malas porque a condição das calçadas não é das melhores); também há uma estação de bonde (tram) bem em frente, mas é um tipo de condução que passa com muito espaço entre as viagens (se você perdê-lo, vai ter que esperar no mínimo uns 20' até aparecer outro).
