This is such a cute little boutique hotel. The bar on site is great as well. It was a quick walk to the art museum & a few restaurants & bars are nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

The urban cowboy was a lovely oasis from the bustle of the city, and we took full advantage of the copper tub and the beautiful and relaxing lounge.

This beautifully restored Victorian mansion is living a second life as a cute little hotel. This was a unique stay. The room was great, the staff helpful, and the bar/restaurant connected through the back hallway was a nice place to unwind before bed.

Staying here is a full experience. The people were very friendly and helpful, the house itself is unique and relaxing. Be prepared for what you are signing up for, a beds and breakfast type stay, no tvs and levels of floors to carry your luggage, but more than worth it. The bar has amazing staff and drinks. I would look forward to staying here any and every chance I visited the area.

Beautiful property and really really helpful automated communication! There is a reason that upon checkout thru included a link to the mattress and pillows- I already clicked through because it was so comfortable. An understandable amount of noise from the neighborhood, but I didn't hear more than some steps from other rooms! Also, just go for the tub. It's worth it. No elevator - if you have mobility issues getting a bag up stairs this might not be for you, but this was clearly communicated on the website before I went!

A fabulous little boutique. Great service. Nice bar and really cool little rooms with accents that are way back to the early days of the range.

8/10 Very good

The coffee and tea bar are as bare bones economical as the bathtubs are over-the-top. The area of town where the hotel is located is undergoing gentrification, so expect to go further afoot to get places to eat, especially breakfast. Location is very convenient to downtown and the 16th St Mall.

Such a cool spot, the staff was very kind, and I will be back for that copper tub.

Room was very nice. Halls were quite dark. Could use a little more lighting. Beautiful house and the public house was quite good. We were not big on the automatic lighting in the bathroom.

We will stay here every time we are in Denver moving forward and would recommend it 100%. All the amazing history without a sacrifice for comfort and privacy. The hotel is fully booked while we were there and we never heard anyone else at night. The two-person copper tub. Epic.

8/10 Very good

The experience was overall wonderful. The hotel is a fascinating building, and the decor is rich and interesting. The room itself was a pretty good size and, of course, the tub is COMPLETELY worth it. It felt like being inside a little bubble, completely away from the world. Some things that weren't a deal breaker but could have been better. - The bathroom (toilet) doesn't have a proper closing door. It is a sliding door and there isn't much privacy. - The hotel itself (NOT the room) had a bit of a weird smell. - There is construction right across from the hotel and they started early in the morning. That is not the staff or the hotel's fault, but worth knowing before you book.

Soo nice to have a bar and food on the property.

The whole property is magic- like stepping back in time. But the copper tubs, the cloudlike mattress, and the adjacent restaurant with the fire pits and wood-fired pizzas really sealed the deal.
