Wonderful quiet neighborhood. Lovely, mostly clean home. Some pet hair problems on chair and main floor rug. Not a surplus of towels. Patio door lock is ineffective. Basement 4th bedroom was misleading. Very hot local temperatures and the thermostat was control set at 77 which was way too warm considering the weather. Nothing for extra touches or welcoming touches. Coffee pot with filters and no coffee. Plain entrance with spider webs and bugs. Backyard pics were misleading in that it is a small yard with a small deck and two patio chairs next to small table. It was fine but some odd vibes.
