New, fresh hotel, clean rooms, amazing breakfast. The location was perfect, close to public transportation. We had our car parked close to the hotel, plenty of parking spaces. Me and my husband were pleasently surprised by it all. And the personnel were very kind and helpful. A 10/10 experience. Thank you!

Clean room, close to everything, staff very courteous. Only concern was, check in didn’t start until 3pm which was no problem, but housekeeping wanted access to clean our room at 10:30am, but check out wasn't until noon. Not a big deal, but a bit surprising and pushy

We won’t be back. Check-in with an employee that was not happy with career choice. The A/C did not work for more than 2 minutes at a time and the room was stuffy and hor all evening and night.

Bra hotell i centrala Lübeck. Rummen var bra med bekväma sängar och bra badrum. Tyvärr var baren stängd till och från. Enligt personalen berodde detta på personalbrist. God frukost. Tyvärr så kunde man inte förboka parkeringsplats på hotellet utan man fick hoppas att det fanns ledigt. På parkeringen fanns det också fyra parkeringar med laddstolpar för elbil. Här fick man lite olika information av personalen. En sa att man inte kunde använda dessa och en annan sa att man kunde om man laddade ner laddbolagets MENNEKES app. Det som fungerade var att man använde sitt RFID kort så fungerade det utmärkt.

Morgenmaden var rimelig standard bake-off produkter, så det var der, vi valgte det, men det smagte bare ikke godt. Ok, men ikke 17 euro værd. Værelserne var ikke egnet til fire personer, sengene stod meget klemt (der var sat to ekstra senge ind), så intet natbord til at placere sine briller etc. mens man sover, og der var heller ikke gulvplads ved siden af sengen dom kunne bruges til dette formål. Det burde ikke være muligt at vælge fire- personers værelse under de vilkår.
