Amazing apartment, clean, well equipped and so many free facilities in the apartment block to avail of. The rooftop pool was particularly excellent! Lovely neighbourhood, safe and very walkable.

Nice building clean apt. It would have been nice if there were shades on the kitchen windows or a curtain between the bedroom and kitchen. The bed frame is too large for the space and makes it difficult to move around in the bedroom.

The host does not Disclose the fact that they have a strict NO VISITOR policy. The front desk is not very nice and treats your family or friend visiting you like they are trash. My cousin came in to bring me something at the location and the guard looked at him up and down and told him he cannot be here that visitors are not allowed in the building, so I had to come down and speak to him , which the front desk person also treated me poorly. The amenities were not available and it the staff were not friendly.

Bed was hard and falling apart, very uncomfortable room to move around. A hostal is more comfortable.

Beautiful building with very good amenities. To use the pool or jacuzzi, the owner needs to make a reservation at least 24 hour ahead. Paid for adding breakfast but needed to walk 5 minutes to a restaurant to get that. Dressing for the cold weather and going out is not convenient. To use the laundry you must download an application and create an account.

There are no curtains, I was not able to sleep

There are no curtains, I could not sleep at all. At night, the lights from outside blaze in and it is almost impossible to sleep. I was also paid for a balcony room and there was no balcony

Beautiful building with very good amenities. No Room-darkening shades, no heating, no safe (caja). Wi-Fi name in the email was wrong. Booked an apt with balcony, got one without it. 4/10 Fair

I would not recommend booking this property. To begin, we got to the hotel and the security guard said our booking was only for two people instead of 3, which we had paid extra for. After an hour of back and forth between us, the property owners and the security guards, the property owner said we could go to a hotel down the street. Once we got to the different hotel and finally got to our room we only had one bed for the 3 of us. We had booked two beds, and made one work the whole week. Aside from this the property owner only gave us 2 towels, two rolls of toilet paper and one paper towel roll. I messaged her asking her if she could drop off more towels for us and that we were running out of supplies. She messaged saying she would come the next day, she didn't show up until two days later with one more of each, then said it would be 4$ for this. Moving on, one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because of the terrace spa. Out of the whole week we were there we were only able to book one visit to the spa, on our last day. Once we got to the terrace there was no hot tub as seen in photos, and the pool was completely closed with a cover we were unable to remove on top of it. I have never written a bad review about a hotel, but this was our experience and I just want to warn those who may be deceived as we were..
