However, it is quite sad that the staff at the front desk is too little knowledge and the English level to deal with foreigners is not able to communicate. I also doubt what kind of training they have been given to explain to customers. Anyway, I need a lot of training from the staff at the front desk, but all the facilities and management and safety of the hotel were so good. Thank you."
