The staff was very helpful, kind, and good. The room was spacious, tidy, and cozy. The bed was really comfortable. The price was excellent. ideally situated for everything, with plenty of dining and shopping options close by. When I visit, I will most certainly stay. These are excellent hotels to stay in if you or your loved ones ever need a room the size of an apartment with a functional kitchen! They even advertise that you can use the facilities in the common kitchen.

The place is being renovated. There is crap in the parking spots. There was black mold in the shower. There were bugs (bedbugs?) crawling thru the room.

You have to pay $10 a day to park in the parking lot at the hotel you already paid for. No free breakfast of any kind.

I enjoyed my stay the King size bed was amazing. If anythings went wrong they sent someone right away. The maintenance man was very sweet he told me he has only been there a few weeks but he is working real hard to keep the place up. The price isn't too bad it was pretty good. I definitely visit again. It was nice and peaceful.

Disgusting hotel

We did not stay. I’ve tried to contact you but can’t seem to get a live person. The hotel was so bad. There were what looked like homeless people outside my door with a boom box doing drugs. I was followed down the steps as I was leaving to the car. I went to the window and rang the bell for 10 minutes. No one showed so I left.

We did not stay because the room was dirty with visible bugs crawling in room. Lights didn’t work, no towels/ linens. You have to talk to a clerk through plexiglass window. Requested refund multiple times. Very rude. Would not provide any administrative contacts

The room needs to be renovated to be honest it was a terrible stay. I saw multiple bugs / cockroaches it was degusting. I told the front desk multiple times and all they said was I was the only guest complaining which should not matter.

We didn’t even get our stuff out of the car. There were bed bugs so I ask for a refund. They did offer another room but no thank you. I had to call Expedia to get my refund. I’ve yet to receive it, I need to wait 7-10 business days.

Would Not recommend

The place is under construction and run down. The residents that stay there were sweet, but were smoking marijauna outside the entire time. The property is infested with roaches. You also have to ask for towels and trade them in everyday. You only get two and don’t get one to put on the floor. Once you use those you have to give them back next morning for a trade out. Our room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. There were dead flies in the shower. Your roach friends like to check up on you constantly throughout the time of your stay to see how you are doing. The AC Unit also had mold in it as well, and leaked constantly. Our kitchenette sink did not work so you have to wash dishes in the bathroom sink. The best thing about the stay here is that the shower has a handle and the tub is low. Overall, just would not recommend.

Worst experience ive ever had. The smell was burning my nostrils, the bed frame was completely rusted, the heat did not work, there was one towel that appeared dirty, half a roll of toilet paper, the vanity was broken, i was scared to even get out of the car amd walk across the parking lot due to all the homeless people sleeping in the hallways and under the stair cases, and what is even more ridiculous is that i used a gift card i had received for this sort of outcome when i should have just spared myself from the nightmare and waited to use it elsewhere. By no means does it look anything like the photos. I couldnt even rest peacefully from having to sleep with one eye open.
