It took 4 days to check in and then needed to contact Hotels.com to contact the owner as their website did not respond
When we did get into the property it was dirty, very tired eg there was half eaten food in the fridge. the kitchen units were worn. No ceiling lights so standard lamps were used. A socket was not working in one and a bulb went in another with no spare. The extractor fan in the bathroom was held in place with gaffer tape. The small patio is segregated from the neighbour by plant pots and there was a dirty table with one stool. we found the second stool as it was used to place the router on it and was behind the sofa that had no cushions along the back. The internet password did not correspond with the one written in a frame on the wall which required yet another phone call with recorded message that was completely garbled. The lock on the door was held in place with temporary screws. The main entrance door to the apartments was scraping on the floor waking people as it was used. There were replacement tiles in the hallway ready for maintenance and poor lighting, Curtains did not keep out the light from street lighting and it was very noisy until 2 in the morning. All in all a very poor experience especially at the price, ive never had such an experience. Needs a complete make over. Making a fortune for a very poorly maintained and cleaned property. Do not book this property, I've stayed in better in third world countries. An appalling property
