Really great facility and location if you have business around songdo and incheon. Everything about the hotel was excellent except for the fact that the hotel did NOT provide the check in code for the automatic kiosk (which is the only way to check in and get the key cards). When I arrived and tried to check in, I realized this, and tried to reach out through expedia, the hotel's kakaotalk channel, for the code and got completely ghosted and they never responded for hours, locking me out. I had to borrow a friend's phone to call their Korean customer service number, and was finally able to get the check in code. Very annoying. The bidet was also broken, but that was the only other issue.

Schönes, sauberes Appartment mit kompletter Küchenzeile und super-viel Stauraum. Sehr stabiles Higspeed-WLAN. Allerdings Klimaanlage etwas erratisch, alle Anleitungen nur koreanisch, Fernseher wollte nur Netflix ausspucken (nach Anmelding mit koreanischem Konto, keine Möglichkeit, die Sprache umzustellen...). Einchecken sehr ungewohnt: Es gibt keine Rezeption, nur einen kleinen Automaten in der Empfangshalle eines Business-Komplexes. Dessen Pförtner konnte kein Englisch, hat irgendwo hingedeutet, worauf ich zweimal ums Gebäude geirrt bin, bis ich gleich neben ihm den Checkin-Automaten entdeckt habe (neben denen von drei anderen Hotels im Gebäudekomplex). Check-In um 16 Uhr ist spät, mit dem Automaten kann man nicht verhandeln, Gepäck kann man nicht aufbewahren - blöd nach einem Interkontinentalflug, der um 9 Uhr früh ankommt. Diese Infos sind auf der Buchungswebsite kaum zu erkennen. Der dort angekündigte "Code" wurde mir jie zugesandt, die beim Check-In verlangte Buchungsnummer ist nicht mit der von Hotels.com identisch und wiurde mir nicht mitgeteilt. Auf den Namen hat der Automat die Buchung erst nach mehreren Versuchen gefunden. Sehr praktisch: S Mini-Supermarkt in der Lobby, Restaurants direkt drumrum, U-Bahn in fünf Minuten Laufentfernung. Fazit: nach dem frustrierenden Check-In-Erlebnis voll empfehlenswert...
