Good location. Staff were not friendly and made me feel unwelcome. Room wasn’t cleaned on one of the days and they had a horrible attitude when we told them about it. Picture of the room looked better than the room we got. I’ve visited Tivat 5 times and will continued to do so but won’t stay in Hotel Palma. There are better hotels with nicer staff.

Great property right by the sea, with wonderful views from the front rooms. Very well kept and professionally managed, good offer of services and amenities. A solid offer and pleasant alternative to the fussy pretensions of most hotel in Porto Montenegro, for a good value. To be improved: free private parking is scarse, could be better signposted. An espresso machine in the rooms would be a cherry on the cake.

I booked a standard double room with side sea view. Size of the room is much smaller than expected. I travelled alone but I can’t imagine how two people can fit comfortably in there. There’s too much furniture for the size of the room and nowhere to move around or put your bag if you don’t want to unpack. All was clean and well taken care of though, but very beige and basic – no decorations at all. The window blinds can’t be flipped and only one of the two halfs can be fully opened, so the sea view is not worth paying for since you don’t really see anything. Shower floor has seen better days. There was some sort of bugs hanging on the emergency cord in the shower. I only stayed one night so didn’t bother to complain until check-out. Beach is the best part, with nice sunbeds and towels included. Unfortunately the staff is kind of uninterested and almost bored. There was trash and empty glasses at the side tables for hours after guests left, even though there was four people working (two body guards and two servants). Breakfast could improve. Not a lot to choose from and no (or slow) refills when things went empty. Reception staff is great and very serviceminded. I got my room a few hours earlier than check-in and they allowed me to use the beach facilities beforehand. In my opinion not worth the price and not 4 stars, more like 3. You can find cheaper places with similar location and just go to a beach club or stay at a local beach with sunbeds.

Great hotel with a perfect location.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Loved spending the day on its private beach and then a very pleasant stroll to the port, people watching and choosing which of the gorgeous restaurants to eat in. Everyone in the hotel were friendly and the breakfast had lots of variety. Our bedroom was small but had everything you needed including a sea view which we hadn’t paid any extra for. For what we paid it was an absolute bargain and definitely recommend.
