Drejtan could not have been more welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and in a good location only 100m from the bus station and with bars and restaurants around. The hook in the bathroom was broken so there was nowhere to hang towels, and a pair of shapka for the bathroom would have been good, but on the whole it was a very good place to stay. It is up a couple of flights of stairs so it wouldn't be suitable for guests with mobility problems.

When we finally found the property nobody was to be seen at the reception I had tried to call many times and message the property though for nothing.I am requesting a full refund. I can also send screen shots of the messages that didn’t go through at all times I had tried. I would like someone to contact me.
