The staff were amazing and helped us find good spots to eat and even arrange a transfer when we had issues. The location was great, the room was beautiful, well laid out and the view was spectacular. "The hotel is in a central location, so it is very noisy, which is expected. The rooms are quite small, with dated decor and in need of some maintenance, especially considering the price. The shower is tiny. We had an issue with the air-conditioning, but the owner personally came and resolved it, which we appreciated. The view from our room was lovely, although we couldn’t keep the door open due to the traffic noise. The staff were lovely and helpful, breakfast was good, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. Overall, there are some positives, but for the price, I don’t feel the hotel offers good value for money."
