The Land's End Hotel

The Land's End Hotel

8/10 Good
"Firstly, position of Hotel is surreal. Breakfast is excellent, very good choice. All the staff we met were fabulous without exception. The room had recently been refurbished newly decorated, new drapes (carpet as well I think) the Bathroom was out of this world/ hi pressure/lots of hot water. My only confusion was all this effort then cheap standard double bed with too soft cheap mattress and worn old bedside cabinets and dressing table. Definitely worth a visit with all the walks and the cute little farm."

"The staff were amazing - welcoming, friendly, cheerful, just lovely to be around. The food was amazing. The 4 cheese tortellini in particular was out of this world. The only issue I had was the striped carpet on the stairs. For some reason, it was really disorienting. I thought it was just me (I recently got new vari-focal glasses) but my husband thought the same."

Penzance offers great value for money with its picturesque fishing spots, opportunities for sailing adventures, and captivating small-town atmosphere. For budget-conscious travellers, this destination presents a fantastic opportunity to experience its unique cultural offerings without breaking the bank.
  2. Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover last-minute deals to Penzance, begin by exploring the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may find discounted rates on hotels as your travel date approaches. This way, if rooms become available or prices drop, you'll be promptly notified, making it easier to book your last-minute getaway.
  3. Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates could help you find a more appealing rate for your stay in a Penzance hotel. If you're in search of something distinctive, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and may offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we’ll inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we can suggest alternative dates that might help you secure a more attractive rate.
  4. Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre generally tend to be pricier, but thanks to Penzance's superb public transport links, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel a bit further out that remains well-connected. For those eager to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even some lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value to be found.
