We greatly enjoyed our stay at this establishment. The manager communicated with us prior to our trip and he was there to greet us when we arrived. The suite was modern and clean. Our room was air conditioned. The establishment is close to several restaurants which we enjoyed after a day of sightseeing. It also had a few cafes nearby for breakfast. The staff was friendly, personable and extremely helpful. We would recommend it!

Location is great. 10 min walk from Termini train station (best way to get to city from airport). Staff are super helpful (Luka is awesome). It's not a hotel in classic sense, but more of a boutique guest house with room cleaning service and that's a good/cool thing about. Area is safe and walkable, fantastic pizza restaurant is just around the corner from the guest house.

Truly unpleasant from beginning to end Before arrival I had paid for a Suite which included a queen bed and a sofa bed, as there were 2 travelers who did not want to share a bed . As the owner Luca was showing us the room, I mentioned the pullout bed and asked if it had been made. He then corrected me that the bed was only for reservations of 3 or more, which was never explicitly stated anywhere in booking. After mentioning that this was the exact reason we booked the room, he relented and made the bed, but not before loudly groaning, so loud that we could hear it from the other room. Day two at 8 AM in the morning. My travel companion gets locked out out of the hotel without her phone. I am asleep in the other room and unfortunately do not hear her. She runs into a couple leaving for the day who agreed to call the owner to get her back inside. Upon arrival, the owner is yelling at my guest telling her to leave and that he does not want “people like us” in his hotel. I try to diffuse the situation, he then threatens to call the police, and at that point we pack and leave, scrambling to find last minute accommodations. I asked the owner if we will be refunded for the night that we are not staying and he says you will get one night back through Expedia. Flash forward to 2 weeks from this encounter and both myself and Expedia have messaged this hotel multiple times and also had Expedia with no reply back, no refund , and a horrible experience to boot.
