New, clean, fun!
We had a blast at the casino! The hotel was immaculate because it is brand new. So extremely NIIICE! Only small issue we had was no body wash in the shower. The pump container was bone dry. Otherwise perfect room! The staff was AMAZING! We will definitely come back!

Spacious Rooms and Clean!
The hotel room was wonderful and spacious. Bed was a bit firm, however comfortable. The only issue was you walk into the hotel in the smoking section of the casino. It makes you smell instantly and effects breathing. You also have to walk through smoking sections to all restaurants and sit in smoking area for the cafe. Not ideal for non-smokers. Parking was difficult and no sidewalks to gain entry to hotel. Staff was friendly, however not knowledgeable of the property. Walls are also thin so you hear your neighbors. If you like a casino vibe and spacious rooms, the above may not matter to you.

Not impressed, inconvenient
I am disappointed that we were not told that this place is not family friendly at all. None of the sit down restaurants allow guests under 20, not even the Hard Rock Cafe! And to top it off after we checked into our room and wanted to go grab a bite at the Marketplace food hall we were told there was no walking path from the Hotel to the Food Court with a child. We had to go back into our car and drive around the back of the building to another entrance. VERY inconvenient and this should have been disclosed when booking. At least have a shuttle to take us. We stayed 2 nights and the morning after our first night I put the sign on for Housekeeping to make up at room at 6:45AM, we returned after a long day at 8:50 PM and the room was never made up. I then had to call for towels before we could settle in for the night. It was a Wednesday and Thursday night, certianly not peak times. Service was below par and we will not stay again. We have stayed at 3 other Hard Rock Hotels throughout the world and this one does not deserve the name.

Staying with a child shouldn’t be such an inconvenience. I lived in Vegas for years as a child and was never made to walk around the entire outside of the building to go to a restaurant especially while being a customer staying the night. We were told that my husband, child and I had to walk from the hotel part, outside in 20 degree weather, all the way around the building to get to the restaurant or we could “sweet talk” security into taking us around. We get to the room and the AC isn’t working so we call down, they send maintained up and he says “well I reset it but it probably won’t fix it so just call down again” it was 10pm and we had traveled for 12 hours that day already! We did not want to pack back up and move rooms. This hotel is set up very poorly and customer service is an absolute joke!!

Gross- You’re a new Hotel, Get it Together!
We stayed here twice- pre-booked for a family vacation, as a stop on the way to Nashville and then again on the way back home. The first overnight there was no shampoo, conditioner, or bodywash in the showers. The bathroom lights are on timers and shut off when you are in the toilet room. They only turn back on when you step out of the toilet room into the powder area. Not great to try to finish your business! The elevators were broken except one- so there was a wait to go up and down to the room. The second night the shower was completely broken. They gave us a key to a dirty room to be able to use the shower stating they had no other clean rooms. Try explaining to a special needs daughter to stand still and not touch or sit anywhere in the room you have to shower in because it is dirty and other people stayed there! We found out at checkout there were plenty of unoccupied clean rooms that could have been offered as maintenance was working in our bathroom. The casino drinks were over priced, and there were cigarette butts on most machines. While there is a non smoking casino it is tiny.
