Room was very clean and comfortable. I loved that they provided robes for the hot tub. The whole property looks really nice and sitting outside by the river is great. It would have been nice if the fireplace was going in the lobby as it started to get colder at night.

The hotel was very charming. Parking was easy and it was located close to some great hikes and the town of Vail. The room was very clean. There is no AC in the summer but they did provide a fan. It was a little hot but not unbearable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They were also easily able to accommodate our late check in.

This hotel was very beautiful, clean, relaxing, comfortable.. I would have liked tv in the room but for the most part enjoyable and would stay again.. the room was comfortable even with no A/C, the fan in the window got the room to 69 degrees in July.

From the moment we checked in the ambiance was relaxing, welcoming and clean! We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening and the outdoor seating for morning coffee. Both staff and breakfast were excellent! Highly recommend if you are looking for more of a modern bed and breakfast stay for a couple!

Lovely boutique hotel; small and quaint. Also enjoy the town of Minturn. All staff were helpful and friendly. Lovely setting by the river; some traffic noise from the main road into Minturn, but the setting made up for it. Breakfast was just right: ham & cheese pastries, boiled eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese, fruit, granola. Decaf coffee would have been a nice option for those of us who don't do caffeine. Overall, enjoyed my stay.

Don’t get locked out! They have a key pad on the door after hours and the person that checked us in forgot to enter us into the system so I was locked out at 1am. No one answered the phone or ring doorbell. Called the manager the next day and he didn’t even apologize. Said he’d call me back about moving us to a quieter room and never did. Staff was very friendly but manager was useless. Also request a room on the stream side as street side has loud trucks every morning. Rooms are small but nice and we enjoyed the coffee and breakfast.

Hot tub chock full of debris, insects, and dirt. They don't mention on their website that they have NO AIR CONDITIONING. They put us on the third floor, which I usually enjoy; I like being up a little higher to enjoy the views. It's important to mention here that my wife is two months into a having a pacemaker implanted. Why is this relevant? Because, they don't mention on their website that they HAVE NO ELEVATOR. Pass.

This place is so beautifully curated, and the space is warm and inviting. I stayed here in the middle of a cross country drive, and got in late, and didn’t realize they close the front desk check in at 11pm! The woman at the front desk was so kind and stayed late to ensure I was able to access my room. My room was located on the 2nd floor on the back side of the building, so I opened my window and listened to the river while I went to sleep. I would definitely stay here again. What a special little gem!
