Trevlig personal. Väldigt tunna väggar, så vi hörde alla grannars samtal. Ingen frukost. Vart var stranden från bilderna?

Uselt - VÄLJ INTE DETTA HOTELL

Detta var utan tvekan min värsta hotellupplevelse någonsin vilket toppades av det fullständigt usla bemötandet av personen som sa sig vara chef. 1. Hotellet beskriver sig som ett hotell på stranden i Ängelholm. Sanningen är att det ligger vid en bensinmack ca 40 minuters gångväg från stranden så den beskrivningen är extremt generös. 2. Hotellet är extremt lyhört, både mellan rum och ut i korridoren. Du missar inget som sker i andra rum. 3. Vi hade problem med ett större sällskap av andra gäster som kom hem efter en utekväll och förde mycket liv i korridoren från ca 03.00 och en timme och en halv timme framåt. Vi var ute och bad dem vara tysta vid två tillfällen utan större framgång. Vi hittade ingen personal och hela familjen fick en natt med väldigt lite sömn. Dagen efteråt får jag till slut numret till chefen som tycker att detta får man räkna med när man bor på hotell. Jag försökte förklara att jag trots allt betalat för att få sova någonstans men det tyckte personen inte var en självklarhet. De har inga regler för när det ska vara lugnt på hotellet men tydliga regler om att inte kompensera gäster som inte fått det de betalat för. Jag har aldrig varit med om ett sämre bemötande och rekommenderar inte det här hotellet till någon.
