Great place and well located with many conveniences at an arms length however building is being renovated and apartment not completely finished so we encountered some problems with electrical in bedroom and problem was not resolved while we were there. It was difficult to get in because lock on door was not working but that got sorted out. When renos are completed it should be great.

Working the kinks out
Overall the stay was good. The room was very nice, newly prepared for rental. The manager Angelo was very responsive and pleasant. There were two issues (see below), which will no doubt be fixed for future visitors as this unit is new and didn't have the kinks out yet (our stay was July 25-27). Once the AC issue is fixed and assuming a 2nd unit is added (see below) I would stay there again.
Checking in was somewhat difficult, as the lock box was not labelled with the room number (and did not match the video as the apartment was different), and the doors also were not numbered or differentiated so there was quite a bit of fumbling around trying to get into the apartment.
The bigger problem was that the air conditioning was not properly installed. They had one portable unit with no place to put the vent hose, so we ended up having to leave a window open to put the vent hose through. As it happened it was fairly cool outside during our stay, but had it been hotter outside it would have been very bad.
Also the one unit would not have been enough even if vented properly. They definitely need to add a second unit in the bedroom.
